calls repeatedly. does leave a message but is difficult to understand

I received a call at my house phone from a lady named Tina and requested for me to call back as I was being served in a civil suit. She left a the above number and a case number.I returned the call because it was very strange to be getting served by phone and decided to call anyway just for my piece of mind. A gentleman answered asking for the case number and he said my name. I told him I get several calls from debt collectors looking for a person that has the same name as me which is also a very common name. He asked for the last four of my social security which was also strange. I told him that I would not give him that information and for him to give me the last four of the person he is looking for. He said he could not provide that for me. He then said in a very rude manner if it is you it will be in the mail and hung up on me. Please be careful from what I know you have to be served in person.

This number calls you and tells you that they are from Department of Government and advising you that they are refunding you money of over charges on your bank account ask you to confirm your personal information full name, address and date of birth. Then they tell you, you need to pay charges on this amount that will be sent to your account or cheque and need to pay the tax through post office. They are SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!!

they call and i get about 4 a week from this number, and it cost me money.......they need to do something about this

called me at work, and said that he was calling because I had a legal obligation the next day at 11 am and wanted my lawyers information. I then said that I was not going to give him any information because if I was really due in court I would have something in writing and then I said no I am not giving it to you, and then he asked if I had been briefed on the case and I said no I have not and I know it is a scam because it has happened to me once before and now I am going to call the police. I then hung up and called The Sheriffs Dept in my county and told him what was going on. I then had my brother in law check my caller id at home and they had called there to but did not leave a message. Please be very careful of these calls this is the second time it ha happend to me and the first time it was $6000.00 that they wanted me to pay for some loan that I did not take out on the computer.

I heard people talking in the background and laughing. I called them back and they disconnected call.

I got a missed call from this nu,ber. I tried to call it back but it said all circuits are busy.

Said they bought my payday loan from Check n go. This loan was directly to check n go after it has bounced first time. Not sure where they got the information but do not pay unless you verify first with loan company. They try to tell you that they might have money for you so you will give them information.

Receiving an obnoxious number of calls from this number all hours of day and night. No one is ever in the other end. Tried to call back but can't reach a person, just a recording that says you have reached the customer service dept.

I got a message from this number today (11/11/2008) , it says it's from Javier at AEI .

Just a missed call on my cell at 7PM at night.

I did not answer - no message was left for me
